Incredible experience McLeran Roofing provided us with an incredible experience. I replaced my roof in conjunction with the roof of the adjacent townhome, which had sustained such damage that certain areas of their ceiling were sagging. An initial review of the roofing project (by a building inspector) yielded some solutions that were going to require extensive interior changes. Brian McLeran carefully listened to my concerns about the interior work, then came up with a creative solution that didn't involve interior changes at all. Additionally, Sara (McLeran's administrator) was very efficient and prompt with all communication. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Quick Service This review covers our new roof (installed June 2018) and our experience with Brian McLeran over several years, doing inspections of the previous 30-year-old roof. First - Brian won't sell you something you don't need. We have appreciated his honest evaluations. Second - Brian takes the necessary time to review the job site and protect mature landscaping. Brian and his crew managers walked our property three separate times before starting work to set up protocols for minimizing damage. Third - when there is an issue (a clogged downspout we noticed after the first heavy rain) the office manager, Sara, facilitates a quick service call to get the problem solved. The recent roofing job (house and garage) took two days, with a lot of people working. They were all polite and professional. We are completely satisfied.

Efficient and Reliable Highly recommended.........I was desperate to get a leak repaired before I left for the Christmas holiday and before the El Niño rains started. Called on Monday, Brian came out to inspect the roof on Tuesday, received the contract via email on Wednesday, and on Friday a workman had done the necessary work.......and this at the busiest time of the year! McLeran is an efficient and reliable family-owned company. They will be the ones I call when I need a new roof

Exceptional Brian and his crew are exceptional. Professional, courteous, hard-working and effective. After having them cope with several problems with our roof this rainy season, we would never look for anyone else.

Top Notch! This Company is top notch. They did an excellent job. The workers were courteous, happy and accommodating. The expertise was excellent. They arrived at 7:30 am or so, worked extremely fast and finished in 2 days. Adam was their supervisor and he did an excellent job of having materials arrive on time and explaining every day exactly what was happening. McLeran Roofing is fair in pricing and using quality material.

Really Impressed Can't say enough good things about McLeran roofing. They did some work for me in the past that I was happy with. But I was REALLY impressed by their responsiveness when a skylight started leaking on Sunday (of course!) and they had their guys out here by 9:30 am on Monday. And this happened on the Monday before Christmas! I recommend them highly.

Martin personally inspected our roof and gave us an honest assessment of conditions. Because I know a bit about roofing, I asked Martin about some of the critical details and materials he uses, and he does everything the right way.

Looks Fantastic! There are not enough positive adjectives to say how much I appreciated the professional, timely, friendly and COMPETENT roofing job on our house by McLeran Roofing. I have had a lot of work done on my house this year -- new garage doors, painting, front door repair, etc etc and McLeran stands out head and shoulders above all these people. Not only did my roof get replaced when they promised, but it looks fantastic. When I struggled to decide on which shingles to use, Sara from the office gave me addresses of other jobs they have done that used the shingles I was considering so I could see it in person. That so helped me visualize what the shingles would look like on my house. Also when they saw a problem with my chimney, they pointed it out and recommended people to solve the problem who did not charge me an arm and a leg. Brian, the owner, is down to earth and it is obvious that he knows what he is doing. Sara who runs the office is friendly and gets back to you promptly. There were other roofing companies that I called for estimates and they never even returned my calls!!! I would highly recommend McLeran Roofing!!! I wish more people out there would match their competence and professionalism!!!!!

High recommendation for McLeran! McLaren was the most reasonable pricing for replacing the flat roofs on my house. Their quote was extensive and clear. They got the permit and worked it all out with the inspections. The team
showed up exactly when they said and worked hard both days they were here. They did a thorough cleanup. No surprises. In and out. I am an architect who manages campus facilities, often working with roofers. I give a High recommendation for McLaren Roofing of San Rafael.

Dear Sara and Brian I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to give me advice, over the phone, about the mold on my ceiling and whether I needed to have the roofer who put on my new roof put back the ridge vent. I appreciate the impartial opinion. He is coming next week to fix it. I hope that does the trick.

McLeran is very responsive and helpful to even their former customers. They performed a roof inspection and repair work for us a few years ago on our 20-year-old old roof and made themselves available on an expedited timeline to evaluate our roof again when we were considering replacing it.
