This company is top notch! This Company is top notch. They did an excellent job. The workers were courteous, happy and accommodating. The expertise was excellent. They arrived at 7:30 am or so, worked extremely fast and finished in 2 days. Adam was their supervisor and he did an excellent job of having materials arrive on time and explaining every day exactly what was happening. McLeran Roofing is fair in pricing and using quality material.

Excellent Job! Thanks, McLeran you did an excellent job on my roof. (I've had an opportunity to inspect the details up close, while fetching my wayward cat!). Sara in the office and the crew were pleasant, professional and courteous. Pricing relative to other bids was right and they finished on time, as scheduled. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great company... McLeran Roofing is a great company. When we purchased our house 5 years ago, we knew we'd need a new roof soon. After being here 2 years, we started gathering bids until we had 5. McLeran's was the most competitive by a significant amount, but not only that: all the other companies said we needed to replace the roof right away, whereas McLeran said we could get a few more years out of it if we did some very inexpensive fixes. We followed their advice, invested a few hundred dollars in extending the life of the old roof, and after 3 years, bit the bullet and hired McLeran to do the job. Brian, the owner, and Sara, his right-hand woman, showed up the week before to walk the property and understand some of our concerns. The next week a large crew of great guys showed up, and within three days, finished the job. Every day the job was left extremely clean, the crew was very polite, hard-working and respectful of the property. Now we have a wonderful new roof. When the job was over, Brian inspected the roof to make sure it was okay -- it was -- and we paid him. We could not be happier with the job they did. McLeran Roofing is a wonderful company.

They left my property looking PERFECT! I can't speak highly enough about the team at McLaren Roofing. They just completed my new roof and did a fantastic job. Not only is the roof perfect but at the end of each day throughout the install they left my property looking PERFECT! Not 1 bit of mess or dirt. Thank you McLeran Wow! With all the rain last night we developed a sudden leak upstairs and went to bed listening to it drip drip drip into a bucket, feeling more and more tense with each passing hour. We called McLeran and left a message, hoping to hear back sometime the next day. We got a call back at 7:30AM! And they arrived to save the day by 8:30AM, cleaning out all the stopped-up gutters, checking the roof, stopping the leak, and all for an incredibly reasonable price! But frankly, the most remarkable thing was the speed of response. Needless to say, this is the best service I've ever experienced from any home-related service provider... ever. Thank you McLeran!

Could Not be Happier I could not be happier with McLeran Roofing. It has been pouring rain for a week now and I called to see if I could arrange to get three separate holes in my roof patched. I was aware they would be busy but I was told they could not even look at it for 30 days as this sudden rain has got them overwhelmed with service calls. I understood. I thanked them for their time and we ended the phone call. 10 minutes later, Tarry call be back and asked where I lived. It was on his way to another job and kindly agreed to swing by and look at the problem. Thirty five minutes later he was on my roof and quickly identified the holes. He patched them, and by the looks of it I'll make it to summer. This summer when I replace the roof, I will be calling McLeran Roofing and getting a proper roof installed. Tarry saved my house from further damage and the price he charged me was a gift. This is a good honest company.

Quality is worth the wait! My late husband and I ran a family owned tree service for 30 years. Keeping the amount of employees down did not mean we did not want to hire new people, it meant we kept our quality of work up to a certain standard. Incredible Experience McLeran Roofing provided us with an incredible experience. I replaced my roof in conjunction with the roof of the adjacent townhome, which had sustained such damage that certain areas of their ceiling were sagging. An initial review of the roofing project (by a building inspector) yielded some solutions that were going to require extensive interior changes. Brian McLeran carefully listened to my concerns about the interior work, then came up with a creative solution that didn't involve interior changes at all. Additionally, Sara (McLeran's administrator) was very efficient and prompt with all communication. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I also asked my long time clients for recommendations. More often than not the name, "McLeran Roofing" came up, and numerous people said, "And I used them in my last house, too". Sara Lopez, who ran McLeran's business office for many years, recently got her contractor's license and took over the business. Her husband, Martin, is the foreman.
Sara and I talked for months getting all the particulars straight: figuring out style, color, and how it would all go down. I really appreciated a woman's understanding of my concerns and attention to detail, as re-roofing can be messy business.
We had no plywood sheeting and crumbling tiles on the old roof, and I could imagine all too well the mess I was in for. Sara had solutions!
On tear off day, multiple trucks arrived. I was at work, but neighbors all said the McLeran team was both respectful and quiet.
In 3 1/2 days of dealing with the multiple levels of our roof, the team tore off, placed all new plywood sheeting and installed our beautiful new roof. Each night they cleaned up, gathering up their tools and storing them out of sight.
After completion they left us with a bundle of shingles in case we needed to patch something down the road, as colors change every few years. I consider myself as strong, but I couldn't even budge the one bundle. The guys on the McLeran team carried one and sometimes two bundles on their backs, bounding across ladder bridges between our multiple roofs. They were truly amazing!!
They were also competitive in pricing.
We chose Presidential TL, Autumn Blend, and we couldn't be happier!!

Totally Impressed A serious roof leak made itself explicitly evident during this spring's rains, and I consider myself lucky to have discovered McLeran Roofing as a result. Brian McLeran came out to inspect the roof and locate the leak. When he called with his findings, he asked me whether I had any proficiency with tools, then walked me through how I could put together a stop-gap repair on my own until I was ready to replace the roof. Free advice, no pressure. I knew the roof was near the end of its economic life. Sure, I figured I might have been able to get another year out of it thanks to Brian's advice, but it was a matter of time, and it wasn't going to get any cheaper. So I called McLeran again for a quote. Totally reasonable, and honest! When Brian had been over to assess the condition of the roof, he identified a portion that was still in decent shape and had a few years of life in it. Communication was exceptional during the course of the two-day job. Brian called the first day to confirm a few things, and again on the second day just to let me know that everything was going exactly as he had anticipated it would, and that there were "no surprises." There is very little that
could be more reassuring to a homeowner than to hear a contractor say that things are going smoothly. The crew did a great job, and the property was left clean and tidy on both days they were here. After everything wrapped up, Brian even came back to walk the job, inspect everything that was done, and to answer any questions I had. I was totally impressed with McLeran's work, and their customer service is a rare and appreciated bonus. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
